Dana Mitchell was introduced to Pilates while working in a private practice outpatient physiotherapy clinic. Since that introduction, Dana pursued advanced STOTT Pilates certification in: matwork, reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels, Total Barre and Zenga. In 2004, Dana founded Good 2 the Core Pilates in Calgary, Alberta and has continued ongoing education in rehabilitation and therapeutic Pilates since that time. Dana is also a retired physiotherapist with 29 years of professional experiences and a wealth of skills to assist her clients to wellness.
